About Your Coach
Meet Mr Thabiso Baloyi, Founder & Director.
Thabiso has 36 years financial services experience, including senior management roles at Standard Bank, African Bank, and Nedbank, and 11 years experience as a Business, Life and Team coach and Coach Supervisor. He works with individuals, couples, and teams across all sectors, and supervises coaches and mentors senior executives in financial institutions.
His primary role as a coach is helping people release their untapped capabilities to maximise their personal and professional potential through thought-provoking conversation and a creative coaching process. Our philosophy is to manage your choices to achieve success.
